Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the solution of an actual scientific and practical problem of reliability of autotractor equipment increase by improving the approaches of technical service using element-modular system of the technical service organization at the enterprises of agro-industrial production. The results of theoretical justification of technical condition maintenance and level of operational reliability of autotractor equipment taking into account diagnostic parameters and real technical operation condition of equipment are given. The regularities of connection of diagnostic information of autotractor equipment elements with indicators of their operational reliability are given. The basic algorithms of realization of element-modular system of technical service are formed and the corresponding equipment is selected. The results of research of a technical condition of power units of equipment on informatively significant diagnostic parameters reflecting change of a technical condition of its modules in operation are received. Based on the diagnostic parameters and the use of algorithms for the implementation of the element-module system the standards for technical service operations for various modules of the studied park of tractor equipment are set, operated in hard modes of agricultural production.
