Object: social-psychological mechanisms of common relations of affiliation and power. Aim: to determine the motivation of personal behavior of individuals, connected with common activity. Methods: psychodiagnostical, statis-tical and analytical. Theoretical and practical results: the methodics of "subjective" scaling and method of individual abilities passportization have been worked out. Novelty: general points which are the basis of common conditions of behavior and determine the dynamics of its development. A degree of application: the method of personal behavior pasportization in common conditional relations had been worked out and approbated for two years. Application sphere: professional-psychological selection of high risk professions personnel.
