Essay

The complex analysis of chromosome instability by several cytogenetical parameters under short-term (52 hours) and long-term (144 hours) cultivation of human lymphocytes was carried out. It was shown, that comparison of chromosome instability under two-way cultivation reveal more information about stability of human genome, than under each of terms of cultivation separately. We have studied an influence of thymogen on spontaneous and mutagen-induced chromosome aberrations in human lymphocytes. Results say about thymogenes gene protection action.
