Essay

The Object: Liquid phase generated under reagentless municipal sewage sludge centrifugation. Purpose: Intensification of liquid phase treatment technology. Liquid phase is generated as a result of reagentless municipal sewage sludge centrifugation. Methods and apparatus: Experimental and theoretical investigations were carried out at laboratory and commercial plants with use of modern measuring instruments and computer engineering. A method of filter medium mechanical strength research was worked up. Theoretical and practical results: The new technology and equipment for liquid phase dehydration, which is generated as a result of reagentless municipal sewage sludge centrifugation was developed. New scientific aspects: The main parameters of liquid phase filtering procedure (filtering rate, length of filter cycle, head loss, efficiency of dirt detention by filter medium and so on) through a elastic filter medium - polyurethane foam were determined. Degree of introduction: Engineering solutions were ap plied at Complex of biological purification "Bezludovskiy" SUP "Kharkivkomunochistvod". Scope of use: Systems and constructions of municipal sewage sludge dehydration.
