The dissertation is devoted to a problem of the: formation of professional communicative qualities of social teacher, which decision is caused by realisation of the following pedagogical conditions: the contents of professional communicative qualities of the social teacher is specified on the basis of methodological principles of a category "quality"; the system of methods of formation is co-ordinated, in which the features of social - pedagogical activity are adequately reflected; the control system of process of formation is adjusted; the personally-oriented approach as base orientation determining process of interaction of the teacher and the student is realised.
