Essay

In the thesis the scientific substantiation of advanced technology of manufacture of aminalon tablets coated with the suspension coating which have not been used earlier at the pharmaceutical plants of Ukraine is given. The stability of drug during the storage is demonstrated. The procedures of quality analysis and assay of aminalon in tablets of the proposed composition are worked out. The identity of drug manufactured using the advanced technology in comparison with the existent one was proven by the pharmacological investigations. The normative and technical documentation for the proposed technology tested in the industrial production conditions was worked out.
