Essay

The dissertation is devoted to revealing of a nature of a symbol, its cognitive opportunities and mechanism of functioning in cognitive-communicative sphere of social systems. It is defined, that the symbol is a resort of detection and knowledge of the environmental validity, gives understanding of interior substance of that system, which it represents, and it is cultural category and has the right to be included in group of base concepts of synergetic paradigm. The opportunity of productive use of a symbol sets at formation of administrative actions at social system.
