Essay

The dissertation is devoted to complex investigation of introgressive lines Triticum aestivum/Triticum miguschovae, which has included the studies on their cytological stability, the clarification of number and and type (recombination, translocation and whole chromosome substitution0 of alien chromatin introgression and revealing among investigated lines the lines with agronomic important traits. as result of present investigation of common wheat lines with T.miguschovae chromatin it has been shown that success of introgression of alien genetic material depends on type of alien chromatin transfer as well as its affiliation to definite homoeological group.
