Theses analyse is devoted to the problem of forming and change of social attitudes of "unmotivable" violent criminals. The process of forming of personally's social attitudes and it's influence on criminal behavior is described. The opinions of some investigators on present problem are analised by author and his own opinion is expressed. The main idea of investigation is a analysis of the personal anomalys, criminality and limited imputing. It is a examination of the problem of the correlation between the mental anomalys and criminality. So, emphasize a necessity of introduction to the criminal code of Ukraine the article about limited imputing for given criminal category. On the basis of the results was proposed idea - use the process of forming of attitudes as a prophylactic and resocialisation mean.
