The object of study - Ukrainian Question at Russian Empire State Duma 1906 to 1917. The objective of study is to analyse a position of the Ukrainian parliamentary fractions and the attitude of fractions of Russian empire State Duma to the Ukrainian national problems; to determine a place and role, and also degree of realisation of the Ukrainian national requirements in the law-creative activity of the all-Russian parliament. Statistical, comparative-historical, problematic-chronological methods has been used. The dissertation outlines a complex set of problems related to issuance and resolution of Ukrainian national demands by Russian Empire State Duma. The paper proves the fact that discussions over Ukrainian problems had been held at debates during all four State Duma convocations; reveals the essence of national demands set forth by Ukrainians; enumerates major political powers that manifested Ukrainian problems at the State Duma and displays an attitude of all- Russia political parties and Duma-fra ctions hereof, to Ukrainian question. Author investigated the relation between changing of vote law and team of representatives from Ukrainian regions, denoted the major political powers that manifested Ukrainian question at the State Duma. It defined the Duma-fractions role during discussions and resolution national Ukrainian demands; investigated the evolution of political powers and Duma-fractions relation to Ukrainian problems.
