Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation of mechanism of hormonal regulation of bile formation. Insulin increases level of bile production and content of bile acids, proteins, calcium and nonorganic phosphorus in the dogs bile. Glucagon increases production of bile and debits of total cholats, bilirubin, total proteins, calcium and nonorganic phosphorus in the dogs bile.
