The object of the investigation: the system of the economic relations, that are connected with ecologisation of marketing activity on the industrial enterprises, ecology-economy regulation of the efficiency of supplying, producing and trading activities. The aim of the investigation: the development of the theoretical and methodical basis for ecologisation of the marketing activity on the industrial enterprises. Methods of investigation and equipment: system-structural and abstract-logical analysis, comparative, statistic and economy-mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: the development of theoretical and methodical basis to form the ecologically oriented system of marketing on the industrial enterprises, definition of essence is presented, and also the structure, tasks, functions of the category "ecological marketing" are grounded, the theoretical and methodical approaches to the estimation of the ecological expenses of the enterprises are enlarged and deeper invest igated. The subject and the stage of integration: industrial enterprises, marketing activity. Range of application: industrial enterprises, chemical enterprises.
