Essay

The thesis is devoted to interbreed differences in cattle investigation and also to different factors influence onto cytogenetic variability. It's shown that dairy breeds havea trend to aneuploidy , and beef and combined breeds have a trend to Robertsonian translocation. Abiotic and biotic factors influens onto cytogenetic variability in cattle is overviewed. Data are submited that the artificial producing of twins (by the way of embryo pair transplantation) was accompanied by expressed karyotype destabilization, the certain contribution in which could be brough by the observed spontaneous hybridization between blood cells of different origin.
