The thesis is devoted to the problem of business-mans training of senior pupils in private business-lyceum.Having been analysed the problem in foreing and native psychological pedagogical reserches the nature, specific features and the conditions of training of senior pupils for businessman's activity in general secondary schools have been determined and characterised.A school - laver's pattern of business lyceum, the model and the conception of training of future businessmen, the curriculam of lyceum and the pattern of stimulation of creative work of teachers as well as pupils, have been developed.
