Essay

The complex investigation aimed at the development of medicinal preparation in form of capsules on the bases of sodium diclophenak of prolonged action for the rheumatic diseases treatment has been carried out for the first time. The optimal composition and effective technology of capsules have been suggested. Quantity of the preparation and its stability during 2 years of storage have been proved. Microbiological and pharmacological investigations of the capsules have been realized. Project of the Temporary Pharmacological Article and the technological regulations for "Diclophenak-retard" capsules have been worked out.
