The dissertation is devoted to a study of morpho-functional changes of blood-testis barrier with experimental one-sides criptorchidism and after its surgical correction. At study of testis of the rat at early surgical treatment of experimental criptorchidism high regeneration ability of testis and complete restoration of all structural components and barrier function of blood-testis barrier were observed. The term of regeneration of blood-testis barrier lasts for 21-40 days.Processes of regeneration barrier accompaing with dark and light Sertoli cells.
