Nord G. Development of Staff Potential Reproduction System in the Region.

Staff potential in the region end the problems of its extensive reproduction. The category of the "staff potential" has been determined, its distinction and importance among other definitions in labour economics have been given. The methods of research and evaluation of the level and stages of its development have been worked out. The characteristic featurers of the higher educational establishment pattern of the new type have been determined. Methods of system, factor, correlative-regressive analyses, comperative and index methods have been used. The main results of the dessertation have been put into practice.
