The object of the investigation: the system of economy-ecologic relations of an enterprise with factors of the inner and enter environments. The aim of investigation: the development of the theoretical and methodical basis in order to form the ecologically-oriented system of management for thermal energy complex under the conditions of corporatisation. Methods of investigation and equipment: structural and factor analyses and economy-mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results and investigation: the development of the theoretical and methodical basis in order to form the ecologically-oriented system of management on an industrial enterprise; theoretical statements as to the estimation of the influence of factors of outer environment on the level of ecologization of the productive activity of an enterprise are developed; the theoretical and methodical approaches to the forming of managerial-economic scheme of enterprises activity ecologization are enlarged and deeper investigated; the theore tical and methodical grounds for ecologization of the planning system on the basis of program-purpose approach are developed.
