The dissertation deals with the problem of socialization of personality in the system of educational and pedagogical activity of Kh.D. Alchevskaya. Actuality of views, her personal attitude regarding the role of pedagogue in the system of development and perfection of a pupil's individuality were enlightened. Place and role of methodical centre in the decision of socialization problems of pupil's personality were analyzed. The research presents the major conclusions and useful techniques that can be derived out of Kh.D. Alchevskaya's pedagogical system and summarizes the ways in which they can be applied by teachers today.
