Thesis is dedicated to research of the role and place of OUN (b) in the structure of national liberation movement in Volyn during the Second World War, from the end of 1940 till the middle of 1943. The main program principles of Organization, its strategy and fight tactics for independence are mastered in the manuscript of thesis on the wide source basis. Using numerous historical sources and documents the author reveals military and political aspect of the OUN (b) activity on the northwestern territory of Ukraine. The level of determination by banderivskyi many - vectorial national opposition movement in the very region is clarified. On the basis of weighty factual material the main structural units of Ukrainian liberation movement in Volyn, represented by OUN (b), OUN (m), Polissian Sich - UPA under T. Bulba - Borovets leadership, and Front of Ukrainian Revolution of T. Basiuk are analyzed. The reasons and consequences of uncoordinated actions of the last through the military and political view are shown. The role of OUN (б) in the process of Ukrainian Insurgent Army formation is clarified. The author suggested own vision of OUN (b) activity periodicity during the researched period including evolutional changes in the program principles of the very Organization
