The fundamental points of the thesis are published in 16 printed works. The author's scientific research resulted in the determination of the main features of the Skythian "Animal Style" because of which it can be consider the canonical art. On the basis of analysis of beast's images they confirmed the conclusion about features, which are differed the "Animal Style" from other art styles. Modifications of beast's images (IV-III BC) from all regions of the Skythian World are presented in details. This process in throw lighted with indissoluble connection of the "Animal Style" and other art styles, in particular the antic tradition in west regions of the Skythiаn World and the art of Achaemenian Iran in east regions. The semantic interpretation of beast's image and its connection with mythological and religion images of the Mother-Godness are examined. From evolution of beast's image and its encirclement in the Skythian Art the period when the peoples' of the Skythian World outlook have been pullin g down is determined.
