Object: psychological data of subject-object-contextual system effectiveness. Aim: revealing psychological charac-teristics of teaching activity effectiveness as a complex subject-object-contextual system. Methods: general psy-chological methods, methods of mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the main principles which determine the effectiveness of subject-object-contextual system are revealed. Novelty: the main principles of sum-marizing evaluation to determine subject-object-contextual system effectiveness. A degree of application: the intro-duced recommendations on teaching-learning process or-ganization havt been working in Air Force Institute of Ukraine giving effective results. Application sphere: or-ganization of teaching-learning process for specialists in any field of science and technology.
