Essay

The possibility of soymilk use in dry coffee mixes with high organoleptic characteristics and water licorice extract as sweetener was revealed in thesis. The dependence of quality changes with compounding and packing was determined. The clinical approbation results have demonstrated high biological value of new mixes and possibility of they using in mass, preventive and healing nutrition.
