Essay

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of scientific bases and development of practical decisions concerning formation of quality of specialized products for persons with endocrine disorders. Introduction of an integrated method of their application on the basis of elements «science – production – the organization of food – the consumer». With the presentation of the integration of the elements of the method in the form of the creation of specialized food products «from idea to consumer». Which will improve the health of the population that has endocrine disorders through the use of specialized products with stable quality, consumer safety, functionality. The introduction of an integrated method of using specialized products will increase the efficiency of scientific research, which is socially necessary and economically beneficial for Ukraine. Will save the state budget, which is intended for hospital stays and disability benefits. Rational technological parameters of enriching ingredients, which are carriers of iodine and selenium, are theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved. The quality of specialized products based on them is formed. An integrated management system has been developed to ensure stable quality and consumer safety of specialized products at all stages of the life cycle. The medical and biological effects of consuming specialized products on individual diets are scientifically substantiated. The organizational structure of the innovation cluster as an integrated management system is developed.
