The pharmacoeconomic study was open, prospective, randomized, IY a phase study. Realization of pharmacoeconomic study for the patients of second group was carried out by cost-effectiveness analysis and cost-minimization analysis. For servicemen with severe community acquired pneumonia it is most expedient to apply empirical step-down monotherapy by protected aminopenicillins (amoxicillin/clavulanate).
