The dissertation is devoted to the problem of treatment of bronchial asthma in children with application of modern inhaled corticosteroids. The expressed clinical еfficiency of therapy with corticosteroids is established by result of researches. The best clinical efficacy was appeared in younger children. Clinical and laboratory atributes of negative systemic action of inhaled сorticosteroids if they used in low and medium therapeutic dozes during 3 months are not revealed. On the basis of the received results the differential method of application of inhaled corticosteroids in basic therapy of bronchial asthma in children depending of the age of a child and severity of a disease is developed.
