Essay

123 patients with chronic occlusive bronchitis underwent the complex examination and treatment. It is estimated that the employment of normobaris hypoxitherapy method in complex treatment of the patients, with chronic occlusive bronchitis, give the possibility to cut down the time of exacerbation treatment to prolong remission and to reduce the volume of supportive drug therapy. Complex manogement of the patients using hypoxitherapy method contributes to the eliminator of cardiorespiratory system disorders which are observed in the chronic occlusive bronchitis. Determination the character of the adaptative reactions can serve as the criterion of the efficiency of such management.
