Danylova T. The substantiation of reconstruction of residential structures expediency on a preinvested stage of a project management

The thesis presents the methods substantiation of reconstruction of residential structures expediency taking into account organizational and economic aspects of interaction of investment process participants. Topical character of the research is stipulated by the obtained results of planning, designing and city building solutions of existing living-space fund in Ukraine. As a result of economic and statistic modeling the binary and multifactoral models were obtained. These models take into account the possibility of influence evaluation of various combinations of organizational, technical and economic factors on duration, cost and labour intensity coefficient in reconstruction. The methodic substantiation of reconstruction of residential structures expediency, giving opportunity to present the quantitative evaluation of financial realization of reconstruction project has been developed based on obtained results. Economic effect equated 375 000 hryvnas.
