Essay

The thesis is devoted to the question of the passage and patency from small intestine into cecum at stenosis of the ileum outlet. The dependence of the deformation of the terminal part of the ileum on the degree of narrowing of the ileum outlet is discovered with methods of mathematical modeling. It is established that the increase of lumen of the narrowed ileum outlet in several times will result in its insufficiency, the derrangement of passage, the development of reflux and so on. The proposed way of the restoration of ampulla and preampulla narrowing of the terminal part of ileum, labia, frenula and lumen of the ileum outlet promotes preserving their form, normalizing the passage of the intestinal contents and restoring the structure.
