The dissertation contains the characteristics of medullar canal and intramuscular exudate microflora, the main biochemical changes in children with the given pathology at the moment of hospitalisation and in dynamics, the number of postoperative complications depending on the severity of the process.The new methods of treating acute hematogenic osteomyelitis including the of joddicirinum for medullar canal lavage, the applicational method of joddicirinum use, the combined lazer therapy have been introduced.The effectiveness and pathogenetic grounds of these methods in complex treatment of this pathology in children have been proved.
