Are updated of normative computational parameters for maintenance of a stable running of drainage systems. The results of supervision behind work of working sewer networks are given. The estimation of a degree of operational reliability of sewer networks is made. The analysis of hydraulic conditions of work of working pipelines is executed. The offered new dependences for definition not scouring velocity and scouring velocity (slope) which are proved theoretically and confirmed experimentally. Are theoretically proved and the normative settlement parameters are experimentally specified which provide improvement of conditions of work of sewer networks. The given technical and economic estimation of construction of sewer pipelines designed on parameters, which are recommended.
