The dissertation is devoted to study of the bronchial passableness, immune status and interleukins expression changes in the development of organs of breath diseases with collier mineworkers. The initial changes of external breath function are established and the possible reasons of bronchial passableness changes with practically healthy mineworkers are opened. The disbalance in production of counterregulating interleukins is established, as well as the electrolytes of blood and character of infringements of the immune status.The optimum method of correction is developed.
