Essay

Culture of leptospires and feeding mediums was objects of investigation. Metods of investigation: darc field microscopy, chromatography,biuret,electrothoresis, serologic. Aim of investigation: development of supporting mediums for leptospires cultivation with low quantity of proteins. Scientific novel is layds on development of sheep serum free from gammaglobulin fraction method, method of albumin obtaining, modification of twin-albuminum supporting medium assessing, antimicrobal influence of enrophloce in vitro. Investigation results is using in laboratories of veterinary medicine for leptospires cultivation, and for production of diagnostic and prophylactic tools.
