Gorban' A. Combined dynamic method of treatment of opiumania

Using a complex clinicopsychopatological, experimental psychological, psychophysiological methods of investigations, it has been analysed the degree of manifestations of the abstinence syndrome and post-abstinence state in patients with opiumania in case of using a standard scheme of farmacotherapy, and when applying a combined dynamic method of treatment of opiumania developed on the basis of combination of a standard scheme of pharmacotherapy and of a system of pathogenetically directed therapeutic, rehabilitation, and antirelapse measures, and methods psychocorrection and psychotherapy It has been demonstrated for the first time the high therapeutic efficacy of prescription - in case of abstinence syndrome and in post-abstinence period - of a cure of information-wave therapy with preparations memoplant and baclofen, especially in combination with individual psychotherapy, various psychotherapeutic and psychocorrective technologies, depending on the personality features of the patients, and their clinical status. A scheme of sequence and duration of application of these measures has been developed.
