Complex methodology creation for definition, analysis and regulation of employment in Ukraine informal economic sector. Methods: system analysis and synthesis, economy-statistical. The theoretical-methodological approaches improved, the methodical bases for analysis of employment in Ukraine informal economic sector on sample household survey developed, particularities and tendencies of employment in informal economic sector defined. The new approach for determination of areas and mechanisms of government regulation this sector developed. The results and propositions of scientific work were used in economic practice.
