Essay

The subject of research: hiqhproductive cows first - fourth milking. The purpose of research: consists in an experimental substantiation of application amiridini hydrochloridi treatment hiqhproductiveof the cows, secondary rumen dystonia on the basis of study it pathogenesis. Methods of research: clinical, physical, biochemical, chromatographic. The parameters rumen of digestion at hiqhproductiveof of the cows are investigated at various modes of nutrition and structure of a ration, that enables to correct rations and to give an objective estimation of digestion at pathological processes. Scientific novelty of work: for the first time is carried out chromatographi volatile of greasy acids at hiqhproductiveof of the cows, patients secondary dystonia, caused hepatodystrophy, ketosis, displacement abomasum, obstetrical and surgical pathology, that has enabled to find out unknown earlier elements of pathogenesis of illness and on this basis to develop and experimentally to prove the rational circuit of application for the first time of preparation, offered for treatment, - amiridini hydrochloridi in a complex with a mix on S.I.Smirnov. It is offered: a method of diagnostics secondary rumen dystonia and circuit of treatment of the patients of the cows. Is introduced: the senior management of veterinary medicine MACF of Ukraine authorizes manual on application of a preparation "a solution amiridini 1 %". Branch of application: veterinary medicine.
