With the aid of the H-reflex method the effect of the hand's thermostimulation on the excitability of the motoneurоn pool m. flexor carpi radialis and spinal brake mechanisms of its regulation have been studied. After the hand's cooling in the cold water the size of the H-reflex of flexor carpi radialis has decreased in comparison with the thermoneutral conditions This research shows that the hand's thermostimulation resulted in the modulation of the reflexive activity of the forearm muscles, which is caused by the peculiarities of the thermoreceptors' central projections
