Essay

The differential diagnostic algorithm with remote dynamic thermometry has been elaborated and represented in the dissertation that improves objectivity and visuality of the examination and designates for reduction of the quantity of diagnostic errors, prevention of unjustified surgical operations. The peculiarities of changes of organism's immunologic reactivity have been studied, the changes of gemostasis, proteolisis and functional state of kidney have been explored in the dissertation. The efficacy of using enterosorption in combination with interstitial electrophoresis in complex treatment of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis has been substantiated clinically.
