Analysis and risk-management in the project. Evaluation of production project risk when forming contract price. Thesis contains the theoretical principles, models and methods of forecast risk evaluation, caused by subjective organization-technological and managerial factors, formed on early stages of designing. The strategy of quantitative evaluation and forecasting of size of building project production risk in conditions of uncertainty has been performed. The models and methods of forecasted evaluation of production project risk stated in the work are the instrument, allowing to take into account the influence of uncertainty in the process of forming the contract price and concluding the agreement.
