Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to elucidation of the place of comparison in individual M. Sholokhov's language picture of the world. Comparison is considered as syncretic-figurative phenomenon, which is arranged for the limit between tropetic and untropetic stylistic devices. In the research work is investigated the link of semantic types of comparison with the fiction Sholokhov's space; is found their pragmatic significance; is analysed the role of comparison in foundation of lexical figures' structure in retrospective realization.
