The Thesis generalizes the military political thought of over-Dnieper immigration in Poland during the war. In particular, the place and role of the Ukrainian military historical community in the studies of the state unification process in Ukraine in the first halt of the XX century was analyzed; the documented basis for analysis of the socio-political conditions of community formation in 1920 and its reorganization in 1925 was revealed; the main grapes of the publication of community members and its periodical organs.
