The thesis is aimed to define peculiarity of the value as a spiritually practical phenomenon, to discover its ontology concerning human life from the point of view of the valuable activity conception. The attention is accentuated on social-dynamic nature of values (historism) and their continual character (processism). The notion "value" is defined as such one which gives the possibility for further discoveries.
