The results of the research are defended, wherein physiological features of immune, endocrine and cardiovascular systems are studied, as well as psychological characteristics of memory, attention and emotional grounds of teenagers brought up in orphan's homes and senior pupils of secondary schools. The majority of physiological parameters in a group of socially deprived teenagers are deviant comparing to similar characteristics of pupils of a control group. Social disadaptation is a major factor influencing physical and psychological state of teenagers. Parameters applied by us describe adequately health state of teenagers of different social groups
