The thesis devoted to the study of biological peculiarities of the strains Irpex lacteus Fr. - producers of proteinases with milk-clotting activity. The conditions of cultivation og strains I. lacteus in vitro are optimized. The enzyme with milk-clotting activity has been obtained and its aminoacid composition, substrate specificity, pH optimum, temperature optimum, electrophoretic indices have been determined.
