3. Object for investigation: calves with the respiratory diseases. The aim of the investigation: complex study of etiology of the mixed form of respiratory diseases in calves and improvement of existing methods of diagnostics and therapy at these diseases. Methods used: virological, microbiological, zoogygienical, clinical-epizootical, serological, hematological, patologoanatomical and statistical. Theoretical and practical results: The etiological structure is investigated and a clinical-epizootical features of the mixed form of respiratory diseases of calves are elaborated in cattle-breeding farms of AR Crimea. The factors promoting occurrence mixed respiratory diseases are revealed. Together with RSRTIBI the test-system enzymelinked immunosorbent assay for diagnostics chlamydial infections of cattle is developed. The circuit of an aerosol method of treatment and prevention of respiratory diseases of calves by the medicinal form of doxyvitine, witch have a prolongation action, in a combination with other preparations is developed and offered. Results of researches are used for development and drawing up "The Recommendations on the diagnostics, treatment and prevention of pneumoenteritis of calves in cattle and private farms of Crimea", introduced in educational process in the veterinary medicine departments of the Crimean and Odessa state agrarian universities.
