The dissertation is dedicated to the problems of growth, structure and chemical composition of long bones under the influence of stress and shock factors and also the possibilities of correction of their negative effects in surgical management of fractures in children. This dissertation is the first experimental study of special features of growth, structure and chemical composition of long bones under the influence of stress and shock factors (immobilization stress). Correction of these changes with the help of anti-cytokine medication (Trental, Mesulid) is proved experimentally for the first time. It was established that growth, structure and chemical composition of long bones were adversely affected under the influence of stress and shock factors. The expediency of a combination of a tumor necrosis factor blocker (Trental) and cyclooxygenase-II blocker (Mesulid) was demonstrated.
