Pivovarov O. The formation and the development of secular secondary education in the Left Bank Ukraine and Slobidska Ukraine (the second half of the XVIII and the first thirt years of the XIX century.)

The object of research is the development of secular, secondary education on the Left Bank and Slobidska Ukraine of the second half of the 18th - one third of the 19th century. The aim is the discovery of the main tendencies of the origin, formation and development of the network of the secular secondary educational establishments on the Left Bank and Slobidska Ukraine of the second half of the 18th - one third of the 19th century and the roles of different circles of society in their vital activity, discovery of the development of the content and form of the educational process in the secondary educational establishments of that time. The methods are the principle of history and objective nature generalization, urgency and synchronization. The sphere of utilization lies in the possibility of their utilization in the lectures in history of Ukraine, working out of special courses in the regional museum work. The research may be useful for the managers of the education, the organizers of lyceums, gymnasiums, colleges, private educational establishments, for directors of schools, teachers of higher educational establishments scientists, researchers of the history of education and practical teachers.
