Thesis deals with the question of further functionity of large-sized panel housing capacities. Principles of restructurizing enterprises are developed both those that belong to corporations ( holdings) and those that operate separately. Marketing service adapted specificity of branch are proposed. On the basis of developed economic-mathematical model of productive-economic activity of enterprises and marketing research the procedure of optimum industrial program formation is proposed and approved. Its application enables ensuring steady profitability of enterprise. Recommendations for application of industrial areas, vacated after restructurization, are worked out.
