Essay

The existence of functional connection of activity of neutrophil lysosomal apparatus of peripheral blood and functional condition of monocytes on the level of the entire organism while forming the stress-syndrome has been determined. The results have proved that in the condition of developing the stress-syndrome, lysosomal enzymes take part in the regulation of monocytes function. It's been also determined that, while forming the stress-syndrome, the lysosomal enzymes increase phagocytosis of monocytes, raise the indices of integral NBT-test, influence the RNA metabolism and determine the activity of nonspesific esterasis and also peroxidase activity of monocytes.
