This thesis is dedicated to the questions of formation of theoretical and methodological fundamentals for the elaboration of non-traditional regional strategies for the elaboration of non-traditional regional strategies for the settlement of resources and energy problems and tactics of development of reserves of non-traditional and renewable energy sources. Incidence levels appraisal in the system of resources and ecological safety of Ukraine has been accomplished in the given work on the basis of methodology and methods of general parametric system theory (GPST), as a result of which possibilities and directions of complexation of traditional and non-traditional energy has been shown on the theoretical and empirical levels.
